Pingshan AI Future Camp offers smart workspaces ranging from flexible co-working desks to private offices.
Pingshan AI Future Camp, located in Tower A of Pingshan Urban Construction Investment Smart Park (also recognized as Pingshan AI Smart Park), brings together key resources for AI innovation: computing power, data, application scenarios, supply chains, and capital.
The camp offers smart workspaces ranging from flexible co-working desks to private offices, and provides smart security, gigabit networking, shared meeting rooms, presentation halls, a book café, and industrial park services.
Recognizing that computing power is critical for AI startups, the camp offers subsidies to reduce model-training costs, elastic computing power scheduling through cloud-edge-endpoint collaboration, and direct-access channels to leading cloud providers. Resident companies can apply for computing power support and related technical resources.

The camp is about 5 kilometers from the Shenzhen National Bio-industry Base, providing rich scenarios for AI medical device R&D and clinical trials. Companies can pursue supply chain collaboration with leading Pingshan enterprises such as BYD and Honor, and gain access to facilities and services including the Bay Area Intelligent Connected Test Field, data desensitization resources, and roadside equipment. The camp is also 2 kilometers from Shenzhen Technology University, facilitating industry-university-research collaboration.
A government service center within the industrial park offers fast access to preferential policy applications. On-site apartments address housing needs for entrepreneurs and employees, simplifying relocation and residency procedures.

The camp is now recruiting resident companies. Eligible applicants include OPCs (one-person companies) or small tech teams working on AI projects with a demonstrable prototype or MVP. Relevant focus areas include AI + biopharma, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, embodied AI, and similar fields.
The camp favors founders with strong technical backgrounds, business acumen, and the ability to iterate rapidly. Projects that demonstrate deep AI-business integration (e.g., a data flywheel or model moat) and the potential for product commercialization or early-stage financing within a short period are especially welcome.
Deadline for the current intake is April 10, 2026. Applications should be emailed to liaowenjing@szpsct.com. For future intakes, inquires and applications should be submitted to the same email address.
Required materials include a business plan, CVs, qualifications or publications (e.g., SCI papers), and a demo or product link if available. The camp operations team will perform an initial screening and invite shortlisted applicants for interviews.
Subsequent expert review sessions include presentations, Q&A, and product demos (if applicable), with evaluation focusing on technical feasibility, industry fit, and commercial potential. After passing review and a public announcement, the camp will sign agreements with successful applicants, assist with business registration/relocation, and support applications for computing power and relevant policies.
The camp will conduct regular assessments and set phased growth goals. Companies that meet targets will be recommended for further policy incentives and may receive extended incubation support.
